An institution will do good work anyway. How that work is read from outside, which award it should enter and in which category, and the sentence it is described in — that is an entirely separate craft. This is exactly where a consultant's role in an award process begins. The consultant carries finished work to the clarity a jury will see.

In these processes Müjde Çetin frames the project, product or report in question, chooses the right award and the right category in Türkiye and worldwide, writes the submission narrative and runs the process from beginning to end. The awards below were won this way.

So what is an award actually good for?

An award is visible evidence that lets an institution say, “we are on the right road”.
It makes the effort of the people who did the work visible, strengthens the sense of achievement and belonging, and creates the motivation to do better.
It strengthens the institution's reputation and credibility in its stakeholders' eyes; it shows that work done well is noticed from outside too.
And most valuable of all: an award is not an ending but a new bar, set so that success can be sustained.
